We offer free, lab-quality pregnancy tests at our center. Results are available on the spot, and you'll get the chance to talk with someone right after, no pressure and no assumptions.
Reproductive Healthcare Resources

Everyone deserves access to tools that support their health, no matter their income or zip code. That’s why we offer free supplies like condoms, Plan B, Opill, self-care kits, and parenting essentials like diapers and wipes.
No appointment needed, just walk in or text us with questions. Our text line is open 24/7 in English and Spanish (we may take a little longer to reply after 8pm).
Parenting Resources

Whether you're a new parent or navigating the journey with older kids, we're here to support you. Our free parenting resources include guidance on child development, local support groups, access to baby and toddler supplies (diapers, wipes, etc.), mental health referrals, and one-on-one support for your parenting questions.
Infant & Toddler Food Pantry

Rising Roots is our infant and toddler food pantry, created to support families through those early, hungry years. We provide free, age-appropriate formula and essentials for babies and young children, helping make sure little bellies are full and growing bodies are nourished. It’s here for the weeks when groceries don’t quite stretch far enough, or when you just need a little help getting through. Every family deserves backup.
Sonogram

Getting a sonogram is one way to learn more about what's going on in your body, and to make informed decisions about your next steps.
We offer free ultrasounds performed by trained professionals. An ultrasound can help confirm how far along you are, whether the pregnancy is located in the uterus, and whether it’s likely to continue.
We never require an ultrasound in order to access other services. It's simply one option available to you.
Walk-In Support

No appointment needed! If you’re in the area and need support, you can walk into our center during open hours. Whether you’re looking for pregnancy testing, someone to talk to, or just a safe place to take a breath. We welcome folks with or without insurance, with or without documents, and with or without a plan. Our team will meet you where you are, offer nonjudgmental support, and help you access the resources you need. Everything we offer is free, confidential, and rooted in care.

Raising a little one comes with a lot of gear, and it adds up fast. We provide free, essential items for babies and young children, including diapers, wipes, and other everyday necessities. We’re here to make sure your family has what it needs to stay healthy, comfortable, and cared for, so you can focus on what matters most: loving your child.
Medicaid Enrollment Assistance

Health insurance can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already juggling a pregnancy or a young child. We offer free, one-on-one help with Medicaid enrollment so you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you’re applying for the first time, renewing, or stuck somewhere in the process, we’ll walk you through the paperwork, answer your questions, and help you get the coverage your family deserves.
Adoption Assistance

Adoption is one of many valid paths during pregnancy, and it can come with a lot of emotions and questions. We offer all-options counseling, connections to ethical, client-centered agencies, and support in understanding your rights and creating a plan that reflects your needs. You’re never obligated to choose adoption if you reach out.

Infant & Toddler Clothing Closet

Kids grow out of clothes almost as soon as you bring them home. Our Infant & Toddler Clothing Closet is here to help with that. We offer free, gently used clothing in sizes newborn through 4T, so you can grab what your child needs right now without worrying about the cost. We’ve got everyday basics and seasonal clothing so your little one can be comfortable and cared for.
